Semi-Pizza recipe#11

Hello, everyone!

It's Chef the BinKing.

Today, I'm going to make Semi-pizza.

Are you curious about what's a 'Semi'?

It's not real pizza, but look like and taste like pizza.

First, we need bread which we make french toast with, and pepperonis.

And some vegitable suchas red-pepper, yellow-pepper, and onion.

Oh, don't forget the cheese!

Put some butter in the pan and hit.

When the butter is melted put the bread.

Hit the bread only 1min each both side.

Slice the peppers and onions, and put those on the bread, oh put peperoni too.

I recommand you to put not too much of ingredients, because the bread is tiny, and it can ruin the pizza.

Anyway, I mean dont' make tower on the bread!

So, after putting all the ingredients on the bread, spread some cheese on it.

And put it in the oven approximately 5mins with 400 degrees or less.

When the cheese and the bread turn golden brown, ready to serve.

ENJOY the Semi-Pizza!!! and Have a nice day!

Thanks.

Spicy hot-boiled chicken recipe#9

Hello, everyone.

This is chef the Bin King.

Long time no see!

Today! I'm going to cook my top secret dish.

THE spicy hot-boiled chicken.

Frist, we need potatoes around 2 or 3, and one onion, some carrats, and of course chiken.

Cut the potatoes, onion, carrats in big pieace around 1inch square.

And put these in a big pot with sliced-chicken( not too big, simmilar size with potatoes ).

Now, before boil it we need a sauce, and this is the important part to make it tasty!!

In a small bowl, put two big spoons of Korean hot pepper paste(you may can get at any Korean grocery store), and put half of chopped-garlic, put one big spoon of chopped-pepper(I use dried-pepper which I got from a Asian grocery market), and put one big spoon of soy sause.

If you like less spicy, put little bit of the chopped-pepper.

And now stir this sauce, and put this sauce on the top of all the ingredients.

Put 2 cups of water and cover it.

All we need to do now is waiting, the hardest part for me allways.

Boil the pot approximately 5 mins and get rid of the cover.

And wait another 20 mins unill water's boiled down.

ENJOY a precious meal!!

Thnks.
